LEVORA AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using LEVORA AI you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you register an account (name, email address, business name) and information generated through your use of the service (leads, appointments, conversation logs, and usage data). We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve LEVORA AI, send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, appointment reminders), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc. and hosted on infrastructure within the European Union or United States depending on your region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Third-party services
LEVORA AI integrates with Telegram for messaging and Supabase for authentication and data storage. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control how third-party services handle data transmitted through their platforms.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@levora.ai. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from signing in.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of LEVORA AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
